My Answer is Feel.

When others are with me, I want them to feel that they are able to be their true selves. To enjoy who they are and experience the peace, energy, and deep joy that comes from being authentic in community.

When I want them to think about me, I act and speak inauthentically. I craft what I do and do not say. This generates that haze of awkwardness that leaves us tired after a social encounter.

Achieving the former is simple; not always easy, but clear. If I want people to feel comfortable being their true selves, I give them permission by being myself.

Authenticity invites authenticity.

Deep calls to deep.

It’s a beautiful thing.

What do you want?

With joy, Kerri
